Yes, our service is fully door to door. Our team collects your belongings from your current address and delivers them, without reloading, to your new address in the destination country.
Are furniture items disassembled and reassembled at the destination?
Yes. On request, disassembly, transport and reassembly at the destination are included in your package. Sensitive equipment and large furniture are handled by our team.
How do I track my shipment?

Do you move special items like vehicles, pianos or artwork?
Yes. Open/enclosed carriers for cars and motorcycles; for pianos, antiques and artwork we provide custom crating and climate-protected transport.
How far in advance should I plan?
Ideally request a quote 2–4 weeks before your move date so we can plan the best departure and price. For urgent cases, our express option is available.
Can I store my belongings temporarily during the move?
Yes. We offer short and long-term insured storage in climate-controlled, secure warehouses — if your move-in date differs, your belongings wait safely.
Are my used household goods subject to customs duty?
