Preparing washing machine transit bolts
Wrapping a washing machine does not replace preparation of its internal moving parts. Check the model's instructions to establish its transit-bolt requirements.

Identify the model and the transport fittings you already have. Do not substitute random screws for missing bolts; confirm suitable parts with the manufacturer or service provider.

- Agree who will safely disconnect water and electricity.
- Have a competent person follow the manual's drainage and transport-lock instructions.
- Pack hoses, covers and accessories with the appliance's identification label.
Checks on arrival
During installation, transport fittings must be removed as instructed and connections checked. Confirm that installation is complete before running the machine.
