Requesting partial deliveries from storage
Not every stored item is needed on the same day. Plan partial deliveries using exact item codes rather than room names alone.
Before you start
Select items needed in the first delivery. Include fittings and matching components of dismantled furniture in the same release.
Practical steps
- List outgoing and remaining packages in separate columns.
- Record the recipient and address for every delivery.
- Ask about preparation, additional handling and transport scope beforehand.
Checks on arrival
Update the remaining storage inventory after delivery. Use only the codes still in storage when planning the next stage.
What to include in your quote request
For a storage enquiry, share the inventory, expected duration, access needs and later delivery address. Confirm which intake, storage, partial-release and delivery services are included in writing. Reconfirm the arrangements if the storage period changes.
