Shipping your car abroad: documents and process
Required paperwork, customs steps, and open vs enclosed carriers explained.

Moving your car from Türkiye to Europe is a very orderly process with the right paperwork.
Required documents
- Vehicle registration (original)
- Owner’s passport/ID
- Proof of residence in the destination country
- Power of attorney (if the owner isn’t travelling)
- Invoice or notarised sale contract (recently purchased cars)
Open or enclosed carrier?
Open carriers are economical and fine for standard cars. Enclosed carriers give full protection for classics, luxury and low-clearance cars.
How it works
Photo condition report at pickup, wheel-secured loading. We handle customs; the same report is checked at delivery. Avg 5–14 days by country.
