- Match the power adapter and network cables to the device code.

Check for external damage on delivery. Have the technical owner handle restart and storage checks rather than swapping drives around experimentally.

Add the quantity, approximate dimensions and preparation status to your inventory. Include the floor, lift and vehicle access at both addresses. Photos help with the initial assessment. Confirm responsibility for packing, dismantling and reassembly in the written quote.
